Orders are placed through the Sneaker Safer website. Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Product photos and descriptions are for informational purposes; actual colour and details may vary slightly by batch and screen settings. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in case of a pricing error or non-payment. By completing a purchase you accept these terms.

We ship throughout Europe. Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days from order confirmation. Free express shipping applies automatically to the Couple (2 pcs.) and Ultimate (3 pcs.) sets. The Single bag is shipped with standard delivery. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

You have the right to return within 7 days of receiving the parcel for the Single bag and Couple set. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, email sneakersafe001@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Return costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
